A Saudi Singaporean partnership company formed in association with Rotary Engineering Limited of Singapore for the engineering, procurement, fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of all types of storage tanks. The state-of-the-art fabrication facility built on a total area of 70,000 m2 located in Jubail Industrial City is capable to undertake 40,000 MT of Plates and 600,000 dia. inch. of piping fabrication works per annum. Since its establishment in 2006, PSCL has executed storage tank projects to prestigious clients like Saudi Aramco and SABIC. A major milestone in Petrol Steel’s history was when it was awarded the Refinery Tank Farm package by Saudi Aramco Total Oil Refining & Petrochemical Co (SATORP) for the Jubail Export Refinery in July 2009.
